RESTAURANT CATERING OPTION:
The Event Factory now offers you the option to choose your main entrée, side dishes and appetizers from your favorite restaurant that offers catering!
The following is a partial list of restaurants that provide catering menus. When you choose this “Drop Off Menu” option, our caterer will serve the food, pour the toast, cut the cake and provide all the dinnerware. The dinnerware includes the China Dinner Plate, Water Goblet, Toasting Flute, Silverware and the Linen Napkin in your color selection. The Package will still include the non-alcoholic beverages and chafing dishes. Only your food will be provided by the Restaurant of your choice. You may choose any restaurant that offers catering services.
You place your order direct with the restaurant and pay them for the food.
You provide us with a copy of the purchase. If the restaurant does not provide delivery of the food to our location, then our caterer will pick up the food for a fee of $50.00 which is added to your contract at the finalization meeting one week prior to the event date. Our Caterer will handle and serve the food when it arrives at our facility. The Restaurant you choose must be within 15 miles of our facility if our caterer is to pick up the food.
This option is available with any Package offered by The Event Factory that includes the catering.
The minimum guest count must be at least 50 guests. Smaller packages will not receive the discount per guest, but can use the program.
The restaurant you choose is responsible for the quality of the food and its timely delivery or availability.
Once you choose your package, you can choose the “Drop Off Menu” option which provides a $10.00 per guest discount off the list Package Price. Additional guests added to the Package will also receive the same discount.
An Example: Book a Versailles Package for 100 with a list price of $10,999.00 and get a $1000.00 discount for removing the food. The NET amount before any other discounts would then be $9,999.00. Saturday Night Minimums Still Apply.
